This is NOT what is shown on Booking.com website!! It is a dump and not even cheap bathroom mat is replaced. What upset me most is that I made a reservation for 2x room with BALCONY??? Bottom line NOTHING like pictures on websie! I think photos were taken 12 years ago. Leonard is the only positive point. I removed Booking.com app. I will NEVER make use of it again. Misleading and false presentation. We left and I trust we can expecrt a refund

Nothing, I did write a message when we arrived. We did not stay, it was not decent at all to stay. We had to go book in at an alternate accomodate.

This property did not meet our expectations at all!!! Very deceiving from what is been advertised. The price is over inflated, i would not even pay R500 for this unappealing accomodation. I'm a loyal and frequent customer of Booking.com but this was very disappointing. The only room that was available and shown to us was very untidy, linen was dirty, room was smelly, I cannot imagine anyone sleeping in such conditions. I booked for a couple, we were shown a room with three beds in it cover the entire floor space, the bathroom and everything was not maintained for a long time, looked old. This is day light robbery and I expect a refund as I had to at that time drive around to get other accomodation. I do have a video but this submission is not allowing me to upload it. The beds were old, the jacuzzi didn’t work, so much of the infrastructure was broken, the ceiling was mouldy and had a hole.

Price charged by the place not the same as on bookings. Mistake was not rectified prior

Owners allow guests to play loud music till 10 at night, we had absolutely no rest
