Die gesamte Straße war versifft und verdreckt. Ein komplettes Abrissviertel. Eine Straße weiter alles wunderschön. Das war das letzte und das schlimmste Hotel was ich jemals gebucht hatte mit einer Bewertung über 8.

We loved breakfast, really nice coffee too. The room was fine for 4 nights, great location on Soi 2 just across from the beach, everything in walking distance. The staff are really friendly and very helpful with everything.

The only thing that people may not like is the stairs, as there's no lift, well we were on the 5th floor and we enjoyed the climb as it's great exercise which we made the most of it morning and evening.

I had a really pleasant stay at the Sötnos Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Pattaya. The location was one of the biggest positives—it’s super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to Jomtien Beach. The room itself was clean and well-maintained; housekeeping came by regularly, and towels were replaced every day. Even when I took them to the beach and they couldn't be replaced right away, everything stayed in good working order. I especially appreciated the breakfasts, which made the stay much more comfortable. The staff at the reception were always friendly and happy to help whenever I had questions, which made the experience even better. If I had to mention a small note for future guests: there is no elevator, so if possible, try not to book a room on the upper floors. But honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. All in all, great value for money, a welcoming atmosphere, and a solid choice if you're looking for a no-fuss, comfortable place to stay in Jomtien. I’d happily come back again.

There was no elevator

Ming and her team were very organised. Rooms kept nice and clean. You were provided 3 bottles of water everyday. Breakfast was very nice. All staff were very attentive. I highly recommend this very nice guest house.

The only complaint was the music from a bar was so loud and playing music till very late in the morning.
