Great location for work

I would have prepared a mini fridge as we stayed over a month and would have appreciated one.

I always stay here when visiting family in Milton Keynes. Good value for money, parking, and a microwave to cook a quick meal. Local too supermarkets and amenities.

Good value, comfortable, all good

Small room but not an issue

The room/ensuit was clean with fresh sheets and towels. The water in the shower was hot with good pressure. The place was very presentable. Bed table contained basic utensils and plates. There was a microwave and a kettle. Additionally free coffee and tea was available.

The house was very creaky. I could not fall asleep due to the noise until early hours the next day. The double glazing was miracle of engineering as even after closing the window it felt like I did nothing. Someone was smoking in the house around 10PM, I checked through the window (closed at the time). Smell was definitely coming from the inside. I had to open the window to get fresh air with an accompany of arguing neighbors. The bed had spring mattress therefore any movement was producing that typical 90' sound effects. Also the room itself was extremely small. No space to eat anything like a civilized person. Granted, the host warned me that the single bed room was small - but... yeah I was really not expecting that.

The car parking is a bit tight and people were a bit thoughtless where they parked

Could do with a lick a paint here and there
