Guest house Ivica i Marica in heart of the national park Plitvička jezera

Cozy Guest house with everything we needed for the comfortable stay. We liked the place a lot. Close to the entrance to Plitvice lakes.

Close to park entrance P3, beds were comfortable with good pillows. Easy to find and navigate the area. The owners also gave us very good instructions in advance to buy park tickets, etc.

The restaurant at the adjacent property was convenient but very expensive. The apartment was also quite small, stairs are very steep, and it was farther from the park entrance than I had understood from the description (I.e. it’s walking distance only if you are up for a longer walk on top of all the walking you will do while visiting the park itself).

Quite a good location for those who want to spend the whole day visiting Plitvice, as you can check in and start your tour of Plitvice at P3 (which is considerably less crowded than the other park entrances P1 and P2) and end off the trek by returning to the Villa.

A great location for hiking plitvice. We stayed at a cute studio. Nice bed. Small but well equipped kitchen. Clean room. Warm shower with a good stream. Good wifi

Need instructions on how to operate the stove- you need to press the power button for 3 seconds.
