Wow, honestly cannot say enough how amazing our stay at this Guesthouse was! Location was absolutely stunning, 5 minute walk from incredible views of the Plitvice Park, super comfortable and homey room, with modern appliances and everything was spotless. The hosts were incredible, Bojan who greeted us helped us organise a transfer to the property, created a tailored map for exploring the park and even picked us up groceries. I can't praise this place enough, the woman who owns the house even made us some home-made cakes!

Bojan was an excellent host! He helped a lot planing our visit to the lakes. Also, the guests running the house we so friendly offering us treates and wine! Really really nice people!

The location is great near the P3 entrance of Plitvice lakes. The apartment is very clean and has comfortable beds. In the pictures it looks more spacious/bigger than it really is. Although it stated that it had a patio, terrace and garden in the description this is not representative of the real thing!!! It has 2 chairs outside, with no remarkable view. The owners usually sit at the table and chairs which are on a small concrete area. Compared to most of the other houses along the street and nearby it does not have the outdoor facilities the other places have. To compensate for that, there is a creek nearby which is a wonderful area to walk and sit (yet part of it maybe private). Bojian was very helpful with information. There are e-bikes available for rent just down the street which is a highly recommended activity to do in the park.

Did not have the outdoors areas - patio, terrace and garden - as expected. Given than, we felt that the facility was very expensive at the rate we got it (680 euros for 4 nights, 3 people with no breakfast).

Well equipped, amazing location to reach entry n°3 of the park (15 min walk), great host, nice and gives good advice. I made a great choice, do the same and enjoy the park !

Great hosts, amazing location, the property was well equipped and had all amenities for our comfort. The proximity to the park entrance was a cherry on top.

The apartment was really lovely, very clean , modern and comfortable . It was an ideal location to walk into Plitvice park and our host gave us superb advice on planning our time there. There are a few places to eat and drink nearby. We would recommend.

The location was great! The host family was so kind and helpful. They gave us excellent tips for exploring the park which saved us a lot of time. Breakfast was delicious and the room was well stocked and clean with every ammenity you might need and many extras such as coffee, bottled water, cooking spices, snacks, etc.
