Ļoti ērta gulta, plaša vannas istaba. Izcili aprīkota virtuve. Ļoti laipna saimniece. Māja piemērota lielas grupas uzņemšanai.

Saimniece dzīvo tajā pašā mājā, līdz ar to privātums nav tāds, kā gribētos.
