Апартаменты расположены в центре города в шаговой доступности до главных достопримечательностей:церковь,ворота Порта Делгада,порт,,парки для прогулок,торговый центр,стоянки.Очень внимательный хозяин Даниил,дружелюбный,всегда готов дать нужную информацию .Апартаменты чистые,просторные,есть всё необходимое,удобные кровати,полотенца меняют по просьбе каждый день.Все было очень замечательно и превосходно.Рекомендую.Всегда буду останавливаться в этом месте!Спасибо за комфорт и удобства проживания!

I didn’t read the small print but the bathroom is shared. But it’s spacious and clean . The rooms could do with a dehumidifer as the whole island is humid so you can find the room gets damp

What a great place to stay in Ponta Delgada! Daniel provides timely information and is always ready to help with any questions. The guesthouse has a unique vibe, really eclectic. My room was large and comfortable, with a massive bathroom, and the wifi worked great. The common areas are well equipped. I enjoyed watching TV news in the evening with a cup of tea. The terrace is spacious and has many chairs and tables. In the kitchen each of the four rooms has its own shelf in the fridge and its own cupboard. The location is perfect: it's an easy walk to all of the attractions, restaurants, and bars and yet away from the hustle and bustle.

The construction site across the street was a little noisy one day (not on the others), but it looks as though they are progressing quickly and should be done soon. It wasn't an issue.
