Focalion Castle Luxury Suites

Beautiful location, lovely hotel run by a nice family. Unfortunately, they were unable to do breakfast due to lack of staff but I guess it just means we will need to come back!

Μας άρεσε τόσο πολύ η τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται το Focalion, το δωμάτιο ήταν μαγικό και οι άνθρωποι που μας υποδέχτηκαν , ο κ. Δημητρης , και η κ.. Γιώτα , τόσο φιλόξενοι, ευγενικοί, δοτικοί, νιώσαμε σα να βρισκόμασταν σπίτι μας..τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ . Καθώς και την Στέλλα που φρόντιζε για την καθαριότητα του δωματίου μας καθημερινά. Το πρωινό τόσο χορταστικό και απολαυστικό....πρέπει να το δοκιμάσετε.

מלון מדהים ומושקע, עם נוף מדהים של מפרץ ים הבעלים חשב על כל פרט, משקיע ומתחזק את החדרים. התארחנו זוג + 2 ילדים בחדר עם שני מפלסים, יש מקלחת מאוד נוחה ושירותים בכל קומה, מטבח נוח שהכנו בו ארוחת בוקר וערב. עם מרפסת ומזגן בכל קומה, רשתות בחלונות, חניה מסודרת לכל חדר עם גגון. והנקיון היה מדהים, הכי נקי שפגשתי אין טיפת אבק אפילו במקומות החבויים. פשוט מצויין מקווים לחזור בקרוב

קחו בחשבון שאם אתם מזמינים ארוחת בוקר מהמלון היא ענקית ותספיק לכם גם לארוחת ערב ואולי אפילו לבוקר למחרת במטבח הדבר היחיד שהיה חסר זה סכין חדה אבל זה ממש שטויות קיבלנו תמורה מלאה לכסף ששולם

The room was ok, nice and clean.

I had a very disappointing experience with the owner of this hotel. Despite having paid in full through Booking.com, the owner claimed he could not find the payment and insisted that I pay again. I showed him both my bank statement and the confirmed reservation, but instead of resolving the issue professionally, he was extremely rude and confrontational. His wife tried to calm the situation, but he even directed his bad attitude toward her, which was uncomfortable to witness. As a Greek, I found this experience not only frustrating but also deeply embarrassing. I have never encountered such behaviour in my own country, and it left a very negative impression. In my opinion, he was trying to take advantage of the situation to get extra money. Not only was he aggressive, but he also never offered any apology for the trouble or his behaviour. The room itself was very nice, but I would strongly advise others to avoid this place due to the owner’s unacceptable conduct. It is simply not worth the stress.

An absolutely perfect stay! The most beautiful accommodation we’ve ever stayed at. Located in a very unique spot with the most amazing views from every single corner. Super clean with a beautiful decoration, maintaining Mani’s tradition. Mr Dimitris and Ms Giwta are incredible hosts, very friendly and helpful and made us feel like home - fully enjoyed our chats with them. Will definitely visit the property again! P.S: Don’t miss their amazing handmade breakfast with local products!

un peu perdu au milieux de rien, très calme, paysage magnifique! c'était vraiment un très bel hôtel. Mes enfants ont adorés et on aurait aimé y passer un peu plus d'une nuit
