"Celkový dojem z pobytu je velmi negativní. Nesplněné sliby, neochotný personál a špatná organizace."

Zklamání hned od začátku – pobyt neodpovídal domluvě Den před odjezdem jsem telefonicky ověřovala, jaký pokoj budeme mít. Bylo mi řečeno, že půjde o pokoj v přízemí s kuchyňkou, což pro mě jako osobu se zdravotním omezením (problém s chůzí po schodech) bylo zásadní. Navíc jsme cestovali s malým vnukem. Po příjezdu nás ale čekalo nemilé překvapení – pokoj byl ve druhém patře bez výtahu a bez kuchyňky. Další nepříjemná zkušenost nás čekala hned první večer v restauraci. Po objednávce jsme čekali více než hodinu na jídlo, i když restaurace nebyla nijak plně obsazená. Personál byl pomalý a neorganizovaný, vnuk mezitím téměř usnul u stolu. A aby toho nebylo málo – při placení nám bylo vše naúčtováno dvakrát.

"Absolutne neprofesionální reseni vzniklé situace."

Oproti puvodni cene bylo nauctovano 56€ navic za přistylku, ktera podle popisu mela byt zdarma, Na navýšení za pristylku nebylo nejak upozorněno . Na recepci bylo jako omluva receno, ze to je na bookingu nejasne receno . Tento penzion poprve a naposledy ! Budu jeste reklamovat u bookingu.
