The Olive Thrush Cottage

What a beautiful place, so clean and everything you will need is in the cottage and attention to detail is on point . Riaan is such a wonderful host. Any requests we had he made happen. A wonderful place for our last stop as a honeymoon couple. Will definitely be back.

The cottage was lovely and very clean. The bed was really comfy. It was our best sleep of our trip! Riaan was very friendly and helpful! The dogs were so sweet and cute! Prince Albert is a lovely place to stay and we would definitely come back to the Olive Thrush Cottage when we come back to South-Africa.

We liked everything

Above expectations. While it was still cold we had the options of gas heaters, fire place and electric blankets. Bush Pub is close with an amazing menu.

The facility was very clean and very tastefully decorated, much more than we expected, was very comfortable and cosy, had all that was required on a trip away from home, our host was super friendly and welcoming as well, would strongly recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling.

Everything was perfect

Don't look any further. The Olive Thrush Cottage is fantastic! It is spectacularly clean, well thought out, cosy and charming. From the heater and electric blankets in the bedroom, to firewood and milk and rusks, all comforts have been thought about. I liked the secured parking. The town is cute and there is a Spar just a short distance from the cottage. We had a lovely dinner at the hotel in front of the fire.
