Wonderful cottage, well furnished and very comfortable

The longer we stayed, the more we relaxed in the tranquil environment.

With Terence the Tortoise welcoming us to Olive Thrush Cottage, we knew we were going to love this beautiful and quaint cottage in the grounds of the main house! Extremely comfortable and well furnished cottage with period and eclectic furniture, large four poster bed and well appointed kitchen. The sitting area leads out onto a private patio, braai area and back yard. We regret only staying in Prince Albert for one night, but this is the place to stay, no question!. Walking distance from the main street and all the restaurants, but also very peaceful and quiet at night.

If you're looking for a good night's sleep, I would highly recommend this cottage. The room was dark and quiet, the bed firm and soft, and the linen was crisp and comfortable. Thank you!

Great set-up and well appointed. Everything we need and more. Small details like fresh flowers, milk in the fridge, firewood and charcoal.

It was very spacious, beautiful setting in a peaceful garden, quality linen, towels and more than one, interesting crockery of style and great art work. Very convenient location.

The fireplace in the living room. Gas heater in bedroom. Spacious. Dam in front of accommodation with koi. Everything.
