The location.

I was delayed. They took my laptop and said i damaged a lamp and i had to pay 500 rands. They then threatned to leave my luggage on the road. Ihad to pleasd with them. Now i was late i didnt paxk my things but i had an emwrgnecy. They clamied that i would call police if they tiuched my belongings. Bizzarre behaviour . I was treated like a criminal. Sadly. Maybe its a colour thing. Maybe they were upset. I was wrong in not checking out on time but they didnt help until i begged them. Sadly. I was wrong but they were ruthless . Ive stayed in 30 places. No one has behaved this way with this type of contempt.

We only found out that there is a SHARED kitchen (downstairs) after we had booked & paid. It is not specified on booking.com - only get that info when the host sends you the details after you have booked/paid. This wasn't suitable for us as we found ourselves tip toeing downstairs when the other guest was in his room. The cutlery drawers are in disarray & we had to hunt for things... like teaspoons & there was no dishtowel. Our host said, "whatsapp me anytime", but we didn't feel comfortable doing that after 10 pm just to ask for a dish towel!
