"Hostess super friendly while still respecting private space. Lovely place"

Beautiful space. Simple, tasteful and comfortable. I slept in the upstairs room. The stairs are steep. Not suitable for someone who is not comfortable with such an arrangement. Rather take one of the downstairs units

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at One Oak. Phil and Lythia are wonderful hosts and the accommodation surpassed all expectations. Tiny details were preempted which made my experience exceptional.
