The room was a bit cold, even when it was 30 degrees outside. The bathroom does get very wet. It’s more like a small wet room.

It’s basically an added unit to their property that is not attached to their home and looks out to a nice yard and beautiful view of mountain. It is a suite with a little living room and bedroom. It is new and thoughtfully appointed with quality double pane windows and door, nice bathroom (although as is the norm, no shower enclosure-well there is a curtain). There is a water kettle with instant coffee and tea which is a nice touch.

It was difficult to figure out how to lock/unlock the door.

Very clean. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Excellent place for a stay for hiking in Kazbegi.

Very clear communication - we actually ended up arriving a day late because of some unforeseen circumstances but they were very understanding. Fantastic value for money.

Very nice family running this place. The room was cozy and clean. Very near to the centre of the town. Highly recommended.
