Guesthouse and Cottage Nicolo

Very kind and lovely Guesthose for fair price. Sure it is next to the street and from time to time you here car's but it isn't a problem. It was super clean and the owner is very lovely. I can recommend it definitely.

Absolutely wonderful place with a great host Nanuka! My room was clean, warm and spacious enough. Kitchen was next door to my apartment and had everything to cook breakfast and make tea. Shops and cafes are located in Stepantsminda. If you don't have a car, you can hitchhike to the city, it always took me a couple of minutes to catch a car and less than 10 minutes to get to the town.

Floor in the bathroom was a bit cold, but you can use towels as a bath mat

Host was exceptionally excellent. The cottage was very unique with different way of arrangement of beds. We like it. She gave one separate room for our driver for 40 GEL only

Nice place to stay between Stepatsminda and Gudauri. Easy to Find with very helpful owners.

such a beautiful cottage. very nice view. everything in this cottage is new and super clean. The Bed is very comfortable and bed linen is very fresh. the shower works perfectly and also very clean. hostess is also very friendly person. it's really worth staying for the budget. we allowed it. we will be happy to stay here again and enjoy this most beautiful view

The location is right next to the main road. Many trucks passed during our stay so it was pretty noisy.
