AUOwners super friendly, big room, comfy bed, hot shower. Don't let the exterior put you off - the inside is very nice. For the price, there is no better place in the area. Would return easily
GBThis is more like an apartment and it was lovely!! We had a fantastic stay. I feel like the hot water could be a bit hit and miss but we were able to have hot showers both nights and they were steamy and glorious! Ideal after a day of hiking. The location is great as it starts right by the trailhead for the church/gergeti glacier. It is just a short walk to the centre and 10 minute walk to the "bus station". We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend. Also I think the owners read the reviews and correct anything people feedback on e.g. there are lamps and kitchen equipment now.
I liked everything but an extra bin in the kitchen area would be useful.

The temperature from the heater didn't come all the way to the bedroom, quite cold in the night. No kitchen facilities, only one kettle provided, no cups or glasses, plates etc.
EEThe place where I was staying had its window open in the main valley where u can see the mountains and see the full view of the city. It had 3 beds in a big bedroom; attached bathroom, a separate room for sitting with a work table and a small kitchen space with a fridge. Full heating too. In this much price, this is a steal. will recommend 100%
