Loved the breakfast and enjoyed our stay. Hosts were lovely and helpful. Resident dog was really friendly, and we were ok for the owners to let the dog roam. They made sure we were ok with it first. Very happy and would stay again.

"Best guest house in clacton on sea."

Lovely guest house. Owners very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and bright and had everything you needed. The breakfast was the best. You can have the full English or just have exactly what you wish for. So central to the beach and town centre. Highly recommend this perfect place. Also has parking which is a good bonus. 5 stars.

Amazing location and the hosts were so friendly. We forgot our electric toothbrush and they contacted us immediately and posted it back so quickly. Fantastic care and service

What a lovely clean property. Kevin and Karen were really friendly and nothing was too much . The breakfast was amazing and plenty of it too. Will definitely stay here again.

Really friendly welcome. The room was very well thought out and the bed was comfy. Great shower also everything was spotlessly clean. Really top class breakfast. Thank you.
