They helped us on the last minute we booked it late and all was well The staff is amazing

No kettle in the room Not suffifient bedding Water shortage It is not in the goos area They could improve in making it more homely than just a place to sleep

"Worst experience ever"

Check in process was great

* Room was not fully equipped, the pictures did not match the actual room. * 1 old towel, that is probably 5 years old and torn. * Plumbing is wack, shower floor very slippery and the sink fills up, * Wi-Fi was acting up. * No tea station, just a microwave and fridge. * No bedside table for things like phone and spectacles, had to put them on the bed * No ventilation, the room was very hot, I had to sleep with a window open. Overall experience was terrible, the only good thing was that they had my favorite dstv channel. Honestly, I feel scammed, the room is worth half the price.
