Alloggio in posizione eccellente, sul lungomare di Porto Recanati e vicinissimo al corso principale, completo di tutto il necessario, compatibilmente con le - modeste - dimensioni della camera. Host gentilissima e disponibilissima, grazie ancora di tutto. Colazione nel bar poco lontano dall'alloggio veramente ottima.

La camera era molto confortevole

Unica nota negativa la colazione. Il bar convenzionato ove spendere un buono che comprendeva cappuccino e cornetto ha preteso un supplemento di 40 centesimi per il cappuccino di soia. Una cosa davvero vergognosa per un bar che millanta di essere uno dei migliori di Porto Recanati.

+ Room is nice, new, bright and functional. There is a fridge with 2 bottles of water, a kettle, a coffee machine with capsules, a hairdryer, 2 mirrors, mosquito repellent, air conditioning, TV. Comfortable bed and very good bed linen + Sea is literally opposite the building! The beaches are free and paid, clean and comfortable, with few tourists in early September. Hotel guests can use special sunbeds and umbrellas on the free beach + The building is located on the outskirts of Porto Recanati, where it is always calm and not crowded, but you can walk to the center of the resort. There are many supermarkets nearby, but it is more convenient to get there by car + Owners live nearby, so help with all requests very quickly + Guests are provided with parking space and bicycles (free of charge) + In the room you can hardly hear the neighbors, only a little noise of their shower + Very nice multicolored building and blooming area around it. The area are safe and relatively clean, pleasant wide promenade with sea views that can be cycled, beach access 24 hours a day

- Shower without a door/curtain - it flood half of the bathroom, and very noisy ventilation which makes you suffer after already 5 minutes - Clothes dryer rack is very old (rusty and falling apart) and small (you can only hang 1 beach towel) which looks especially unpleasant in a beautiful new room. There is no enough space for it in the room, you can put it only outside, but it’s a public area where everyone walks - Air conditioning blows straight on the bed so you can get sick - Room cleaning isn’t good - hairs on bed linen, 2 of 6 towels were stained - Wooden table and chairs (for garden!) in the room, so you can get a splinter, and small objects fall into the table holes - Very uncomfortable thin pillows, there are 2 types but they're the same - Error in the description of the room: there is no garden view and in general any view, because there are no windows, but only an opaque glass door that lets pass daylight - Due to the lack of a window and mosquito net on the door, the room can only be ventilated through a small window under the ceiling - The lawn in front of the room entrance isn’t very clean and there is only one uncomfortable bench, but we would like to have breakfast there or relax in armchairs in the evenings - There is no tea in the room although there is a kettle (but coffee machine with 8 capsules) - There are 2 different bedside-tables (one is much more comfortable than the other), we would like to have both comfortable - Only italian breakfast (croissant + coffee) served in the beach bar, but they never had our favourite cream croissants - The railway runs right near the building and frequent night trains are heard even with the window closed, although we slept well
