Location to beach and old town excellent.

Bed too small. Hit head on bedside table when turning over. Pillows really hard. Felt lack of proper cups (only paper ones provided) and only fruit teas included was a negative.

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und zum sehr schönen Stadtstrand Concha.

Das Personal ist nur kurzzeitig (Nachmittags) vor Ort. Zu Fragen zum Zimmer oder Hilfe zum Aufenthaltsprogramm ist morgens keine Gelegenheit.

A good central location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Very clean, good sized room. Nice sized comfortable beds.

Better signage on the main entrance as to the fact that the accommodation is on the first floor!
