A comfortable and welcoming hotel. Exceptional staff. Large rooms. Delicious food. A refuge after a long day on the Via Augusta.

Can't fault the service at this hotel.

A little noisy, particularly in the day with being next to the plaza. Although looking onto the plaza adds a nice touch to the room. Also, lack of utensils to cook with.

Everything a pilgrim could possibly want and more. Very happy I stayed here.

I like a room size.

The restaurant was closed all the time. The room facilities listed in the description were missing. There was no toilet paper, kettle, toaster, or mugs in the apartment. There was only one teaspoon and two forks. When we asked for a kettle, we were given a pot to boil water in. Everything was extremely minimal. The tiles in the hallway were loose. It’s definitely time to address the issues with this accommodation.

I did a reservation for 1 apartment with 2 rooms for a couple + 2 kids when I arrived, the owner told us that fully booked with 2 rooms. And we got 2 apartments ( each one with 1 room).since we travel with 2 kids 5,7 years old . One of the other apartments was not clean , still the trash in the kitchen, used towels, sheets... So we obligated to sleep in one small appointment with kids, instead of what we booked. The beds are small, not comfortable .
