"Disappointing..."

Not the room that was shown to me in the pictures I was given a single bed in a box room while the photos show a double... only the bed and main desks are clean the lower stations have visible dust. The room was also located next to the storage room which had a washing machine that would automatically turn on at 15:30 and would run for an hour???
