Arthur ist ein sehr sympathischer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Er hat viele gute Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und nimmt sich Zeit, diese zu erklären. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten und kann das Residencial Moderna uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

De locatie, het beddengoed is schoon. De badkamer is schoon. De prijs €44,00 per kamer.

Het is allemaal nogal oud, verveloos en kieren in het verouderde laminaat. de bad/douchkraan mist het omzetknopje, dus zoeken hoe de douche aangaat.
