Nao gostei de nada!!

De tudo!! A forma do atendimento!! A demora no atendimento!! Nem compensa o preço!! Parecia que estava abandonado sem ninguém para receber o check in... Pior de tudo foi o facto de duvidarem do pagamento e que tiveram de verificar quando a reserva foi feita com antecedência de 1 semana e paga de imediato... E outra coisa as várias fotos tiradas ao meu documento identificação (cartão de cidadão) sendo que fartei de explicar que a putra pessoa tirou fotografia ao meu documento... tudo isto pelo whatapp. Fiquei na duvida pois zero segurança em relação informação pessoal dps clientes. Por último nem português correcto sabiam falar... acho uma vergonha!! Sendo uma residencial ou alojamento deveria ser essencial pois isto é portugal!!
