The room was cleaned every day. Smelled nice. Was adequate for what we needed.

Room was very badly laid out. Big wardrobe what was inches from the end of the bed so difficult to move about. No waste bin in bedroom, just a tiny one in the bathroom and no tea and coffee facility so very basic The shower was tiny so large people beware. Also, hot water was none existant on one of the mornings. Was not worth complaining as the lady at the front desk spoke no English and showed no effort when she was present.

The room was small for two people but it had everything we needed. Everything was clean, the balcony was nice and toiletries were provided. Staff were friendly. Perfect location to visit Monserrat, only 10 minutes by train. Good value for money.

Very clean and cozy for a hostel, private and room had its own bathroom facilities. Was very comfortable.

Nice welcome on arrival. Clean and comfortable although, as stated in other reviews, the room and bathroom were small. Central location with good access to shops and bars.

Not enough sockets! There were only 2 sockets (one for the bedside lamp) on one side of the bed, and none on the other side, even though there was a bedside lamp!

Small hotel a bit far from the center but ideal if you have a car and don't want to spend so much money on a hotel

The position is great for reaching Montserrat and the small town is very beautiful and fascinating. The room was very clean and had all the basics you need, WiFi was fast.

As others have said the shower is very small, I’m 1,84m and very slim, but still it’s easy to hit the temperature control or the bottles holder with your back. Still only a minor in inconvenience to an otherwise perfect experience.

Perfectly clean and good value for the price.

The staff was not speaking any English and was in general not very friendly. The walls are really thin, I've heard someone snoring in the next room and every step at the corridor is echoing throughout the halls and the whole hotel. There was quite a noise from the street even late at night. The parking in a street and everywhere around was full, the nearest public parking was relatively far for walking with suitcase and backpacks.
