"Molto buono x posizione vicina alla spiaggia.Stabza senza grandi pretese ,ma ampia e funzionale ."

La vicinanza ai primi lidi della spiaggia di Grottammare,5 minuti a piedi che ho preferito perché io tratto di sabbia tra i vari chalet e la riva del mare è molto più breve rispetto ai lidi di san benedetto che sono più grandi .Parcheggio davanti alla struttura. Stanza ampia e pratica . Ampio balcone utile x stendere i panni. Frigo bar. Ottimo climatizzatore .

La zona è quella di fronte al porto , quindi un po' trascurata , ma x dormire va bene. L''inizio del lungomare San benedetto è a 15 minuti a piedi in una zona non bella per passeggiare. Ma a 5 minuti di auto c'è un grande parcheggio libero e il centro è subito li vicino . La camera era abbastanza pulita, unica cosa ho trovato molta polvere dentro l'armadio che proprio non era stato pulito . Essendo sulla strada la stanza è un po' rumorosa per il passaggio delle auto . Inoltre il frigo della stanza è abbastanza rumoruso .
