"owner should take more interest"

well i should have advise them i had a diability room was upstairs which i couldnt use the stairs maid very unfriendly said put outside room room had two beds not space bathroom disgusting , ceiling moulded no shower door , water all over , tape one uses in the kitchen to wash dishes t,hey had in toilet basin , water splashing all over again we asume breakfast includes but they had guest in the main house as family so we couldnt use the kitchen never will use again
