The house was clean, everything that is displayed, it's what you get

There is nothing that I didn't like

Location is good and convenient

The host is rude and has no customer courtesy. Pictures of the place on the internet are deceiving and toilet 🚽 is confined in room 5.

The kitchen & the room was clean

The TV wasn't working because it had an overdue payment

Things that you expect to find at a guesthouse were not present, no blowdryer, Air-conditioner with no remote, I was told "luckily it is cold", I informed the owner of my check-in and out times, which she totally ignored. I also thought the standard of cleanliness of the toilet could have been better. Overall, they were not very accommodating.

Nothing

Aircon, roof fan not working. Door needs to be slammed to close. No mirror in bathroom. No complimentary coffee or tea in the room, as a self catering unit apparently does not provide it? Milk is apparently provided in the main kitchen but was not available and upon complaining about it, received a message that the other tenants must have used it. No decent cups, drinking glasses or cutlery. Reception was cold when we arrived and staff not friendly at all. Management really not interested and we will NEVER stay there again, EVER!

Location and Bed

Big room

Only a few of the light bulbs in the room and bathroom worked. There was no 2 point plug for the bedside light.

We enjoyed our short stay. The booking said wifi available but unfortunately it wasn't accessible in our room as well as the TV service. None the less everything else went well.
