Location to the N2.

We were a group of 6. 2 couples and two single. The double rooms were fine but the single shared room wasn’t good. The beds were uncomfortable and the water went from brown to murky to brown to clear to brown etc. when we arrived the owner wasn’t expecting us but was ok when shown booking.com booking details. Needed to watch out for dog poo if walking to the pool (that WE cleaned out of insects etc) as owner had 2 small dogs

Auf Anfragen per Mail keine Antwort, als wir vor Ort waren, war keiner da und die Telefonnummer in Booking war ungültig. Eine Portugiesin versuchte, jemanden zu erreichen und sagte uns, es käme erst am nächsten Tag jemand. Auch 48 h danach keine Reaktion

Niemand erreichbar wir konnten nicht einchecken

The lady who welcomed us was absolutely lovely. She was helpful and showed us to our room.

The hotel / motel just doesn't looked finished. The room was a good size but the bed sheets didn't fit the bed, the room doesn't have air-conditioning which is on the website and worst of all absolutely no hot water. We had to have freezing cold showers then oddly lay awake all night sweating half in bedsheets half on mattress. Such a shame as this place could be absolutely beautiful and its perfect location. Attention to detail is unfortunately its downfall.

Las chuches de bienvenida

Todo. Camas duras, las ventanas rotas, frío, suciedad, y no hay luz. Un caos con los caseros. Si quieres revivir el apagón del 28 de abril es idóneo. Las botellas de agua de bienvenida estaban ya abiertas por los anteriores...
