La struttura storica e il fatto di potere avere sotto casa il ristorante. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Macchina del caffè a cialde: cialde anche di altre bevande, tutto buono. In frigo c’era a disposizione anche qualche bottiglietta di acqua, succo e bibite; e sul tavolo della cucina, qualcosa per fare colazione. Bel kit di bagnoschiuma, spazzolino usa e getta, cuffia e kit igiene.

Il condizionatore era troppo rumoroso e purtroppo senza c’era molto caldo. Mancano tende oscuranti alla finestra della sala in cui dormivamo nel divano letto.
