El apartamento está muy céntrico, estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos y la comunicación con Gaetano fue fluida y correcta.

En esta habitación, la "white room", no tenía baño dentro. Es como si no hubiese ventana porque no se pueden abrir las persianas (es un bajo), y se oye mucho por la noche.

Esta habitación, la "Green room", se encuentra en el interior, y su ventana da a un patio interior iluminado. Apenas se oye la calle y es muy espaciosa incluso para 3 personas. Todo estaba muy limpio y la comunicación con Gaetano fue muy correcta y fluida.

La cama no era muy cómoda, se nota ya el uso.

When wanting to shower the water was alternating hot and cold and at some point there was only cold water.

The room is modest, but has everything you need. The bed was comfortable but rickety. It's clean. Air conditioning heating. The biggest drawback is the bathroom. Set in an uninsulated annex, cold, without heating, with mold on the ceiling and on the joints in the shower. Lukewarm water, definitely too cold for a stay in February. After reporting this, the lady in charge of the facility said that this was the maximum temperature. While this would be beneficial in the summer, it was a big problem in the winter. The kitchen is ok but has one small pot and one small frying pan. There's not much you can cook in it. There is no kettle. For this price, the conditions are bearable, although the cold water leaves an unpleasant impression of your stay. The service was very nice and helpful. Location very good.

Bathroom - no heating, cold water and mold. No kettle in the kitchen.

Excellent, comfortable, large room in good location. Lightning fast internet (150MB down). External bathroom a bit far from room and very small, but clean. Shared kitchen had the basics and could use a good clean. Minor details, still highly recommended for the price.

Location is good and rooms were spacious

The rooms are inside an old apartment, so the layout is strange. You need to go through the kitchen to access the shower. The room without the private bathroom is right on the street so you can hear everything. Was cheap though
