Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, wszędzie blisko. Dostępny czajnik, podstawowe sprzęty kuchenne, kubki, sztućce. Przestronny pokój. Ręczniki i prześcieradła czyste.

Pobyt w apartamencie miał kilka niedogodności. Kontakt z właścicielem był utrudniony, a komunikacja SMS pozostawiała pewien niedosyt. Odpowiedzi na pytania były zdawkowe, a w niektórych sytuacjach brakowało życzliwości i chęci udzielenia informacji (np. dotyczących obecności innych osób w apartamencie). Codziennie rano, około godziny 8:45–9:00, pojawiała się osoba sprzątająca. Niestety, ze względu na bardzo głośne drzwi wejściowe i słabą izolację akustyczną, więc nie ma mowy o wyspaniu się. Łazienka oddzielona od pokoju jest bardzo mała i mało funkcjonalna, nawet dla kobiet umycie włosów było problematyczne. Czystość w kuchni i łazience również pozostawiała nieco do życzenia. Zapach w apartamencie średnio przyjemny.
