Good quality for a fair price. Clean and neat.

Was an issue with power and we battled to get lights working after load shedding as there is no permanent staff. DB is in one of the guest rooms which is unpractical.

Wonderful attention to decor and detail with high quality linens making for a delicious sleep, a beautiful outdoor pool area and verandah to hang out with a cuppa tea or a glass of vino!

Location was perfect and the spot is perfect for a relaxing weekend away. Everything is within walking distance. The pool was great!!

Wifi was not that great, it kept dropping - but I try not to spend time online when I am away, so that was not an issue for me. Might be an issue for someone planning to work while there.

Breakfast was not included, but we had coffee, tea & rusks in the room. Interior and layout of the house and room was beautifully done and although we had a late check-in, we immediately felt at home. Our room led out onto the courtyard and pool with facilities to light a fire (and braai/barbecue), have a drink and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen available to all guests had everything we needed to prepare and cook our meal. We loved the courtyard & pool area - especially the beautiful large tree in the middle - we are hoping to twist the owners' arm to see if we can get married there!
