La cama fue muy cómoda

Había muy pocos sobres de gel y el recepcionista fue un poco borde al principio. Nada del otro mundo.

El personal muy amable y todo muy cómodo y limpio. Muy bien situado.

Das Zimmer war 1m von einer Straße entfernt. Die war zwar nicht groß, sind aber immer wieder Motorräder oder Scooter vorbeigefahren, die echt laut waren und die Fenster haben nichts gedämmt. Man konnte nicht schlaffen. Kurz vor Mitternacht sind auch neue Gäste gekommen die auch sehr laut waren und der Mitarbeiter, der die geführt hat war auch laut.

I stayed here on the 14th of March. The previous night, I stayed in a nearby hotel. Santa Cruz was better than the hotel. Great things about this place, a separate entrance door, so we didn't have to ring a bell and wake anyone when returning late. A lift to the floor, so no having to carry luggage up flights of stairs. Comfortable beds, which, for me, as a pensioner, has become very important. Friendly staff. Absolutely no complaints. I will stay here again instead of the hotel, which was 20 euros a night more expensive, no lift, and not particularly comfortable beds.

Staff forgot to place towels in the room, but when we informed them, they rectified it.

Posizione perfetta per il centro cittá. Siamo stati solo una notte, molto pulito e funzionale.

Mancava bollitore almeno per caffè la mattina.
