The staff was super helpful. They didn’t hesitate to arrange my very late check-in after my ferry got delayed, and made sure everything went smooth. Location is close to Santa Catalina bus stop, beach, cafés. Good wifi connection.

For the first time in all my years of staying in hostels, I was robbed here. I was careful with my belongings and always kept them locked whenever I left the room, yet cash was still stolen. What makes this even more concerning is that the hostel has no surveillance system at all. Considering it advertises itself as a work hostel, where many guests travel with valuables such as laptops and other equipment, this is extremely disappointing. This experience hit me particularly hard because I had taken a budget trip after recently losing my job. The amount stolen was significant to me, and having it taken under these circumstances was genuinely upsetting. The management offered a refund for my stay, but it was only a small amount compared to what had been stolen. Even that refund was never processed, despite repeated follow-ups from both myself and Booking.com. Las Palmas has many excellent hostels where you can meet great people and feel safe. Unfortunately, this was not one of them, and I would recommend choosing one of the many better alternatives instead.

Disgusting place. Used the toilet and a centipede was crawling up my pants. Staff were talking loud and laughing after midnight ignoring the fact that guests need to sleep. Just run
