Das Zimmer war sauber, hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. Bozen war schnell erreichbar.

Nahe Hauptverkehrsstraße, der Verkehrslärm machte Benutzung des Balkons fast unmöglich. Teilweise war der Lärm bei geschlossenen Fenstern noch zu hören.
