It was nice and warm

Hot water came so slowly, I had to wait a while before it came. No water pressure at all, really hard to have a shower, sometimes at some point cold water was coming. And the toilet was dirty, but a lot dirtier than you could expect. The room looked like it hadn't been hoovered and mopped, with lots of hair and dirt on the floor. I think the only things they changed were the bed sheets and the towels. The soap was mixed with water, so disappointed and dissatisfied.

Mizerie, a trebuit sa cersesc o punga să ne schimbăm gunoiul, în 6 zile nu s-au schimbat deloc prosoapele, am gasit pe sub paturi un papuc, o carte de povești, ceea ce arata cum se face curatenie.Personalul sub orice critica.
