Sunshine Guest House & Restaurant

The guesthouse is located a few minutes' walk from the fort, in the middle of the old city. The room was simple, clean, with a nice balcony overlooking the city and hot water and WIFI worked fine the whole time. The owner and the cafe staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and good value for money. It is a small guest house, and unlike many other places in India there is no noise from reception or the corridor. I highly recommend staying here and would come back again!

We loved staying in this homestay, in the shadow of the fort! Our room had a fabulous view, and we really enjoyed the restaurant. I think we missed out by eating only Indian food in the restaurant - as the Korean food was clearly outstanding! Our host and his family were superb, and super helpful. Don’t be put off by the alleyways - this is an authentic space and neighbourhood! Definitely recommended!

The hosts were a very nice and helpful couple. They made sure we felt safe and comfortable. You can ask them for everything that you need. It is a nice homestay.

The bathroom is small and little bit broken and this could be better.

Very friendly family, helped us get a rickshaw for our very early train. Well located and good fort views from room and roof. Air conditioning worked well. Room good size.
