"God's gift? Not really."

The pool

Staff were unfriendly and less than helpful. They repeatedly promised and failed to deliver. Taxis never showed up. The scooter took 2 days to organise. We lost a lot of beach time because of this.

"TERRIBLE!! They cancelled our booking without calling us."

NOTHING!!!

They cancelled our booking and gave it to a higher paying customer leaving us without a room! Their excuse was that they emailed us for a deposit and we didn't pay it. Their settings on Booking.com state we can pay at the property on arrival and that WE needed to cancel before Jan 12th if we didn't want to go ahead (we didn't cancel it from our side as we wanted the room). We even visited the property before January 12th and confirmed we liked it and that we would definitely be coming as we were working for the Goa Sunsplash Reggae Festival all weekend. We met the manager, told him our name... he didn't ask for a deposit. They didn't even call us even though they had our phone number. We therefore rightfully assumed we could pay at the property. Instead they gave it to someone else and didn't even call our Indian number to check before giving it to someone else. Total mis-management of the booking. No customer care/service. Booking.com should remove them from their site. Don't stay here!!!

Super Clean pool and hardworking staff who always where willing to help.

Not a reflection on this hotel Bit TAXI Mafia in Morjim and Genaeraly in Nortn Goa is Terrible

No drinking water facility. Room service was not providing fresh towels. No Internet service in room Room has cracks all over
