Cosy room, very helpful staff, rooms are very clean.

In some rooms the wifi signal is not strong enough so if you need to access the internet you have to go outside to a small (but very comfortable common area).

Very nice location and lovely property

All in all a good guesthouse. All the minimum amenities are there. There is a fridge and water in it (not for a fee). Bars, restaurants, clubs, currency exchange nearby. Cleaned regularly, no reminders. Breakfast is not included, but there is a good restaurant 20 metres away with decent prices.

Wifi is only available outside, which is bad. You don't need a big budget to solve this problem, I would like to point this out to the hotel owners. The water heater broke and was never fixed in four days. Electrical sockets are also a big problem. It cannot properly hold European plugs and must be replaced. Of the three sockets in the room, only one was more or less working. With all that said, I would stop here again. I hope that the owners will heed my cons comments

Everything was disturbed, no good service, the lady staff was very rude, and she was the only staff for guests.
