GBEverything seemed clean - towels and linen
We booked one of the cheaper rooms but it did not have any natural light - only internal windows. There was also a window above the door into the corridor so light streamed in all night. No hot water in the shower and location make it challenging to get a taxi. We had a big problem with being informed multiple hours after check in that we would need to pay for the stay in cash and there was an ATM up the road. This was completely unacceptable that it was not said in advance which meant our cards were charged at the atm. This property is not suitable for foreign tourists unless they can start accepting international cards as they only seem to take Indian cards. The charge for a taxi to the airport was very expensive. We used Uber which was 5x cheaper.
INProperty was clean and spacious, even though it might look small from outside. All basic amenities were provided. Staff was courteous and helpful. Food was good.

Location isn’t ‘central’, but the area is fine - lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

This hotel is not worth the price. It is a very small hotel with only 9 rooms and the rooms are way too small then the pictures on display. There are only a few staff and they all are super slow. I stayed there for 2 days and what pissed me off was that I left the key at the reception for cleaning and went out. When I came back I saw that they just mopped the floor, did the bed and went away. The used towels kept lying here and there and also the used cups. They did not refill the toiletries either. When I asked them why it was not done then their response was we change towels only if we feel they are dirty. What kind of response was this and he came to say this only after 20 mins and went away. Another guy came again after a long time, took away the used cups and lied that the toiletries in the washroom were refilled but I have not seen them.
CZSpotless clean, perfectly quiet in the lakeside view room, hot water running, AC working. Absolutely nothing to complain about. But what was most impressive were the professional and always helpful managers and all the hotel staff. We had to stay longer than initially anticipated and during all the time everybody was simply great.
