The owner had given the room I booked to someone else without calling me or messaging me. He just assumed that we won't be coming because we were a little late.

This place made me feel very comfortable, it was homely and i felt i was in my own flat which was what i wanted I wanted to work during the day and hang out by the beach and other nearby places in the evenings and nights. This place was just perfect Also, the owner Akshay is very friendly and supportive

It is right on the main Arambol market, very near to beach parking , rooms are very clean and spacious, i took 1 bhk and my stay was very comfortable, feels like home. I will definitely book again.

Nothing to dislike, probably they can add a full size mirror and a bigger cupboard but the owner said he has already ordered it.

The property is brand new and the hosts are being very helpful listening to guests needs and bring in anything you might need.

It can be disputable what is a best beach in the neighborhood: perhaps Kerim or Ashvem are cleaner and more quite. But Arambol is definitely the most vivid location, so it is up to you to decide.
