The staff are excellent, always ready to help. The food quality, portion sizes, servings and overall hygiene and cleanliness are excellent. Rooms have basic functionalities and lockable wardrobes, however not all rooms have TV. There is parking just outside for couple of cars

Though we booked over six months in advance, we were offered both rooms on ground floor. This caused a lot of inconvenience to all of us as the kitchen and dining area is just outside. So we got a lot of disturbance from other visitors dining and staff cooking/serving from 6am till midnight. The location, though central, is not on main road but bit inside. The WiFi is not great, keeps disconnecting and slow speed when connected. Though they have hot water facility but it's limited to showers only. Also we ran into water shortages in the middle of showers as the water tank was empty

The staff was very friendly, always trying to manage your needs. They were lacking of some basic staff in the rooms but they provided everything when requested ( additional blanket, hair-dryer, ..). They have a service for picking you up in the train station and they also offer good lunch/dinner. They can book the safari for you, with an extra cost of 500 rupies (compared to the official webpage), which is convenient if you want to go for the easiest option or book last minute.

The first floor doesn't have hot water over the night ( 6pm to 6am, or if there is no sun for a certain time) as it is solar powered. Rooms around the dinning room do have hot water but it is more noisy. We stayed upstairs and we managed with an old kitchen they had, that was connected to the 'electrically supplied' hot water. We filled our bucket there so it was not a major issue. Also price in Booking is before taxes, approx 10% GST has to be applied ( it is in the details if you pay attention).

Was very clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful and managed to sort out some issues I had with the Safari. Great value for money and the food served was excellent. Good family vibe, people very friendly

Nothing really

Staff were very friendly and the dinner they made was really nice and was a good portion. Room is clean and reasonably well sized, location is good, very close to the excellent food court.

They could have been a bit more proactive with helping us to book the safaris, as we wanted the jeep safari, but they were too late organising this so we had to go with the canter. Also, the bathroom is a bit badly designed and water runs all over. The water pressure of the shower is also quite poor.

The staff of the property were very welcoming and made our stay feel like home.

The staff were excelent. The Young manager was very Kind and usefull with the information about safarys. The cooker fantastic. Everything about the room and the saloom was very good. I recomend this place.

Tiger Home is very nice and friendly. The house is very clean and tidy, the food is very delicious, and the employees are cute and kind. As much as possible to assist our needs, there is no doubt that they are the best!

Honestly I love everything. as soon we arrived they gave us options between 2 bedrooms which was a nice way to start. I love the location, very peaceful, close to coffee shops, delis and to the Chapatti food market. They allowed us to checkout late, 1pm and be around there the entire day cause our train departed at 11pm so we left our luggage there, we chilled, hanged out and they were so sweet with us. amazing staff. i love the food there. Finally we booked the safari with them at cheapest price, they charged us $30 usd each. at first I was skeptical about the price but was the best investment I did, I was able to see the great bengal tiger, what a luck, then I lost $100 dollars bill next day and I don’t know why, how, when…

There was only one situation there, the neighbor in front had a puppy, that little one was crying the whole night, I didn’t know why but It broke my heart cause nobody can do anything about it, and let me tell you this is NOT the hotel problem.

We really liked the staff, the food in general, the bed, the bathroom, interior and the Common spaces.
