The behaviour of the staff is very polite. Clean washroom and services.

No windows. Staff was really loud. Their English isn’t the best. Toilet flush didn’t work and at first I didn’t have toilet paper and I got only one tower. Shower was bit unpractical. Rain showers are just impractical for people who don’t want to wet their hair. I think it was just not worth the money.

Room is so small

I recently stayed at Hotel Lime Wood in Mumbai, and overall, it was a positive experience. The hotel provides a comfortable and clean environment with a serene ambiance, offering a peaceful retreat in the city. The staff was friendly, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere. One of the notable features is the hotel's convenient location, providing easy access to various shopping and dining options, enhancing the overall convenience.

Although the hotel offers room service and housekeeping, I didn't utilise these services as I wasn't clear about their availability during my stay. My room lacked a window, and there was no in-room fridge but this didn't significantly impact my stay.

Staff always keeps coming to your room to check what u r doing They ll always be near ur door to check on u Means no privacy Also as the hotel is small , its lot of disturbance as staff keep on talking and playin songs throughout the night. They also have certain religious restrictions.

Location was good

The entrance in was almost impossible to climb up it was so steep I didn’t like that there was no windows in the room we also had no hot water for 4 days

Well built out of good quality materials, but let down by poor maintenance and no apparent effort to clean

Location was not in good locality. Moreover, pictures which are shown in Google, not matching with my expectations.
