Broken windows are not safe because windows are already broken by thieves. I canceled the 2nd night because of safety with a charge of 173 rupees.

Location is very good, room is clean, washroom is clean and very comfortable rooms and good fir family and also very safe.

The owner is not flexible with time. Strict in check in and check out time.

Amazing value for money, centrally located and very easily reachable by metro. They were very responsive if we had any questions, for example when we found the towels and toilet paper missing. Only negative is crack in the windows, through which mosquitos could come. And the shower water was cold, which was okay with the 40+ temperatures outside

Great location. Good value. Nice owner. The bed's mattress was on the hard side. Both the AC and the fan were quite noisy. The shower head was useless.

Early check-in should be provided if I arrive early and check out early, provided rooms are available. The room I stayed in had its own bathroom, but there were no geysers, which made it inconvenient.
