I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel recently, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The TV in my room was not working and when I approached the front desk, they were unable to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the hot water in the shower was nonexistent. I was forced to take a cold shower and it was not a pleasant experience. The hotel staff seemed uninterested in resolving my issues, and I felt completely unsatisfied with my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ok room with attached bath, WC, 24 hr Hot water thru Solar, OK soap n towels. Hands on owners Pratik n his dad. Homely Food was arranged from a vendor. Nearby to the Bilaspur JN railway station.

Metal bed makes noise when u turn, very thin pillows, no storage space, in house food is not available specially tea n coffee( have to be brought from outside)

Wonderful budget place to stay nearby railway station. Situation in a quiet residential colony which means very safe place to stay for females too. Staff and owner were courteous and helpful. Entry gate could be more cleaner and one of the bed (next to bed table) had too much of creaking sound. My room was 108. Owner please note it!

When light is off in night high amount of outside light from window enter in the room....to overcome this problem I suggest you to use windows cloth slider
