Location molto vicina al centro, zona tranquilla e sicura, abitazione comoda dotata di ogni comfort. La titolare molto gentile e disponibile.

"Very Good"

La gentilezza della ragazza che gestisce le stanze. La posizione: dista circa 300 metri dal centro di Ancona. Se non si hanno troppe pretese il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono. La colazione non è compresa, ma in zona ci sono dei baretti.

Manca il riscaldamento a termosifoni. C'è una pompa di calore che però non riesce a scaldare il bagno. Nel bagno c'era un brutto odore di umidità. La ragazza è stata molto gentile a lasciarci il suo posto macchina nel cortile del condominio, peccato che la nostra non ci è entrata perché l'ingresso del cortile è molto stretto. Per arrivare all'appartamento ci sono una quindicina di gradini. È molto difficile trovare parcheggio.
