Everything. Excellent location, great facilities for self contained stay, with the option of breakfast provided. Brilliant for a long stay. We stayed only had 2 nights, but could easily return for a week. Picturesque, the Owner is a wonderful woman that didn’t speak much English (she is learning more) but she Google translates everything so you are throughly informed. It was sad to leave here!!! Close to lots of hilltop towns, which made it a great base. So lovely and quiet in the evenings, you will experience the Italian rural evening light. Loved it.

Loved everything about this accommodation. Our hosts were extremely lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding with farm fresh produce. Luccia was a delight. Such a great place to base yourself in the Tuscany country side and very close to all the sights. We highly recommend this accommodation it has been our favorite to date. We love to chill, listen to our music and have a couple of quiet beverages with views so it ticked all the boxes for us.

Nothing to dislike

It was a pleasure to stay here. We enjoyed everything from this house that is fantasticlly located. The room was clean and nice arranged. The terrace is wonderful for reading a book or enjoy a glass of wine. The host family is very nice and kind, they came with some recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat that were also very good. Will always come back when in Tuscany. Thank you for everything!

The location is outstanding, located on a hill, offering an amazing panorama. It's a quiet place, the room was clean and the host was extremely polite and helpful. One evening we had dinner on the terrace, eating local cheese, drinking local wine and admiring the amazing panorama. It was a unique Tuscan experience that worth all the money.

I totally understand that it is not possible to install an AC system in a building like that, but at least they could provide a ventilator ( fan ) in the room. We had a room on the first floor and it was very hot during the night so the sleep quality wasn't great. The insects net on one of the windows of our room was broken, so we had a lot of mosquitoes in the room.

Beautiful B&B with stunning outlook, 5 min drive to town and great central location for exploring the Tuscany and Umbria regions. Luccia, our host, was very accomodating, spoke very little English but we managed to communicate through google translate. We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Luccia did our washing, which was very kind and helpful. We had a large room with seperate ensuite with gorgeous views. There is no air conditioning so may be warm as the weather warms up, but it was fine for us mid June.

It's the perfect place to be in the middle of Tuscany hills. Beautiful room, great shower and amazing views. Lucia is an amazing host, very friendly and kind.

The place was breathtaking and Lucia is such an amazing host. She is caring and does the breakfast from her own, local products. The room was extraordinarily clean and the view… well I wish we could stay longer.
