It was very hot but there is not any frezer in the room. The price is included breakfast. The property has a deal with a cafe. We went this cafe. Their english was not good so we did not understand well. They said that we can take a drink and some appetizer like croissant. We selected croissant and vegeterian burger. She asked me croissant, burger or both, we said both. We were 2 person. There was no cheese in burger. Anyway when we have done and headed to door saying good bye, they stopped us and they said that burger is extra and asked 10 euro. We were surprised. We never thought that a breakfast may contain only croissant and drink. She could explain that burger is extra 10 euro before. We paid and left.

Breakfast was included in the price. Facility was new and clean.

It was a bit hard to find the location, I had to ask a local person.

Perfect place for breakfast: they use a neighborhood cafe, that's the best!!!

A little loud: sound carries from other rooms and outside. Plumbing and electrical need updates. Mosquitos were terrible in the night.

Everything was great, room spacious and clean, with a kettle. 20 min from the center in a quiet area. I didn't eat breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Maurizio was really nice!

Location is OK, near M station.

There is no breakfast service in living area, you have walk long miles in Peron city a cafe place with limited food selection. No elevator in living area.

The quality of the room was very good. It is finished to a very high level.

The breakfast was a 10 minute walk away and we didn't really know what the deal was. What we could get, what we couldn't.

Good looking. Nicely furnished.

Noisy, could here everything from the neighbors. House vibrates and the water drainage from the floor above is like a tropical rains in the room we had. Engineering behind the good looking surfaces lacks some professionalism to make it a comfortable stay.

Excellent position to visit Fiera Milano, close to Metro station. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the room was actually a loft, very comfy and clean.
