"A delightful stay with wonderful hosts."

I needed a simple room for one night in that area of Pesaro, so I booked this accommodation thinking it might be a room in someone’s house. Technically, it is, but it has a private entrance and is so much more than just a room. The bedroom and ensuite bath were perfect… clean, well appointed, very comfortable. And, as a bonus, the owner was very nice and accommodating. Everything was just perfect.

This is a great place to stay for couple of days. The bed is spacious and very comfortable. A/C works very well during summer heat. There is small refrigerator, microwave, cofee mashine and an electric pot to boil water (for tea drinkers in this coffee-everywhere-country). Bathroom was sterile clean and well equipped. 3 minutes walking you will have a big grocery shop to buy anything you need. it takes 10 minutes to reach the please from the railway station.

Balcony comes to the side of the street and you can hear the noise of cars in the morning (Italian motor bikes will wake you up for sure). This was the only minus.

"A pleasant stay"

A nice big room and very clean. Good AC. The host was friendly and helpful.

Further from the center than I thought: 15' walk to the center and 30' to the sea. Fortunately, a bicycle was available for free. Unfortunately I had to check out earlier than the website stated: 11 AM instead of 12 AM
